I loved this book. Absolutely adored it. I finished it last night and hinted to Ben that I would like the second one immediately (apparently, the bookstore he looked in today did not have it). I got sucked into Reynie’s world as soon as I read the first page and I couldn’t wait to see what happened. It is probably the closest thing to the Harry Potter feeling that I have found in this post Deathly Hallows world. There was mystery (some a little easy to solve but I’m not really the targeted reader), adventure, fun characters, and even some humor. This book is the reason that you shouldn’t dismiss kid’s lit. Have I mentioned how much I love this book?
Next on my reading list is The Selected Works of T.S. Spivet. Both Emily and Ginger Sister raved about it, so I picked it up from the library as soon as possible. I haven’t started it yet but I am very much looking forward to it.
The MBS sounds intriguing! I'll have to keep an eye out.I want to read T.S Spivet too.

Both books sound interesting… I'm especially intrigued by The MBS, I really miss Harry Potter and it would be nice to read something like that…

I loved the MBS also! It's such a fun "kid" book – it held my attention and I loved the characters.
