Just a quick update today. I need to get out for a run shortly (I don’t want to but I signed up for a 5k in two weeks so maybe I should actually run more than once every two months). Then it is time to do errands and chores. Oh weekends, remember when you used to let me read and relax?
Tonight we’re going to see the Avett Brothers at the Clearwater Jazz Holiday. It’s Evan’s first concert! I’m not sure this is going to work at all but the tickets were cheap so we figured it’s worth a try.
Reading My Own Books
And I am STILL on my first book. At this rate, I may only read three books during these three months of reading my own books. If I’m lucky.

So I am totally going to fail this challenge. There are only 10 days left in October and I’ve only done one thing. Which I cheated at. Maybe I should bake something today…

I’m planning on joining you in Reading My Own Books starting November. I have a couple of library books out that I need to finish so after that, I’ll post something on my blog.
