I imagine that by this time next week, I will have way more books than I can ever read (not that I don’t already), but I’m still going to share a few that made it on my TBR list this week.
The Singer’s Gun by Emily St. John Mandel
Recommended by Rebecca at The Book Lady’s Blog
Illyria by Elizabeth Hand
Recommended by Nymeth at Things Mean A Lot
Origins: Fourteen Billion Years of Cosmic Evolution by Neil deGrasse Tyson and Donald Goldsmith
Recommended by Swapna at S. Krishna’s Books
I read Emily t John Mandel’s first book “The Last Night in Montreal” and really enjoyed it. I have The Singer’s Gun on my tbr list as well. I hope you enjoy BEA! I’m very jealous…

I tried to pick up The Singer’s Gun today. No luck. My local indie bookstore is really letting me down lately…

That’s strange because isn’t it the indie pick of the month or something?

All of those books sound great! I had heard about the first two, but not the third. It looks very interesting.

I also read the review of ‘Illyria’ at Ana’s blog and am hoping to read it too. ‘Origins’ looks like a really wonderful book – I would love to read it. Looking forward to reading your review of it.
