“There was undoubtedly something, long and black, bending over the half-reclining white figure. I called in fright, ‘Lucy! Lucy!’ and something raised a head, and from where I was I could see a white face and red, gleaming eyes.”

Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along!
Just do the following:
- Grab your current read
- Open to a random page
- Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
- BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
- Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!
OOooooooohhhhhhhhh — great teaser. I read this years and years ago.

While I like vampire books, I have to admit that I have never read this classic one. I hope you are enjoying it. My teaser is from Brothers in Arms by Lois McMaster Bujold. Happy reading!

Ooh, interesting teaser! I’ve never really wanted to read Dracula, but it seems like one of those books everyone should read, you know?

I thought that I SHOULD read it but I also was really curious about it because of all the modern vampire lit.

Niiiiice teaser. I just read a Dracula spin off which wasn’t very good. The original is so much better. 🙂 My teaser is at The Crowded Leaf.
